The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering us delicious fruits upon arrival. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and markets within walking distance. the comfortable mattresses provided a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring.

There was a language barrier with the staff, making communication a bit challenging. the lack of a hot water supply meant that only cold showers were available.

The place is fairly clean, spent 1 good day here. It is really close to the center, the ocean and restaurants so the location is marvellous and quiet...

The accommodation was quiet located close enough to Vietnam, the center of the city and restaurants and the ocean, that's what I was expecting. Staff were pretty friendly at any time. It was nice to the motobike rental shop.

the apartment was fairly clean and everything was good. bed was exceptionally comfortable and there were climate control and an electric kettle in the room. it had a private bathroom. favourable location to the motobike rental shop, good value. easy access to talk cafe, just 15 minutes walk.

I recently stayed at a lovely homestay in Dong Hoi for three nights. The owner was friendly and spoke fluent English. The room, although small, was clean and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom, while not brand new, was well-maintained. The hotel is conveniently located, only a 10-minute walk from both the beach and the town. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even providing free drinks and apologies for a minor issue. it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Can just recommend this hotel.

It was also near the city center, which was convenient. the room I had was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. the bathroom was shared but large. the staff provided good service and gave helpful information for my travels. the garden area was a nice place to relax and enjoy drinks.

The double room at Riverview Homestay was such a cozy and inviting space. I absolutely loved the balcony, where I could sip my morning coffee while enjoying the beautiful view. The room had a lovely tile/marble floor that gave it a modern yet warm feel. As a parent, it was great to have an electric kettle to quickly make hot drinks for the little ones.

I personally found the absence of air conditioning in the single room a bit uncomfortable at times, especially during the hot summer nights. However, others might still find it bearable and enjoy the natural breeze.

Our stay at Riverview Homestay was pleasant and enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They were always willing to provide helpful information about the area and even offered discounts at their pub. The hotel's garden was a great spot to relax and unwind. Additionally, the hotel was clean, quiet, and the rooms were spacious.
